PMO Metrics Analyst
As a member of the Development Program Management Office (PMO), this position works closely with project managers, development managers, development executives and other company leaders to, analyze, design, develop, implement, and review metrics for TriZetto¡¦s software development and customer support organization. The Analyst is responsible for process and performance indicators across all major functions organization including measurements of product quality, customer and employee satisfaction, resource efficiency and effectiveness and other process and performance indicators for all major functions performed by the organization. Using strong data analysis and organization skills, the Metrics Analyst develops data collection, validation, and verification methodologies. The Analyst plays a key role in designing and developing information portals, dashboards, and delivery mechanisms for software development metrics and measures. The individual works both independently and as part of a team where he/she will use their high degree of analytical thinking, coupled with broad creativity, to deliver innovative solutions that help the development team monitor and continually improve the effectiveness and efficiency of its operations. Responsibilities include: *Design, develop, analyze and maintain data queries and data analysis of development information *Assist in the design, update and ongoing operation of the development/program management portal application(s) *Provide specific business and technical knowledge on quality, process, and performance metrics related to software development • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistical Analysis, Mathematics or a related area, MBA preferred • Minimum of two years of experience with software development, project management, software process improvement metrics, or business analytics. • Familiarity with multiple SDLC methodologies, concepts, practices, and procedures necessary to build software products • Expert with Excel (and other MS Office products), strong SQL knowledge and solid HTML/web publishing skills • Experience with Hyperion, Oracle eBusiness and TeamTrack preferred • PMP Certification a plus • Ability to work independently and rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals NOTE: Please apply on-line
