J. Position Overview

Project Management Associate (PMA) is the ‘right hand’ person to the Sr Vice President of the Business Services division which encompasses a team of 350 professionals.  Will be responsible for the administrative functions of a busy executive as well as having a key role on his leadership team, helping to drive, oversee and manage large scale projects on a daily basis. 

 

Job Responsibilities

§  Assist in determining strategy and resulting initiatives for the business unit

§  Drive, oversee, track and project manage the departmental initiatives and projects

§  Administrative functions for the SVP including calendar management, travel arrangements and time and expense reporting



Requirements

 





Qualified J. Kent Candidates present with a Bachelors degree; PMP Certification preferred.  Must have 3+ years of Project Management and high level executive assistant experience.  Position requires excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet) and an individual who is a true self-starter and highly motivated to succeed and drive positive results.  Other successful attributes are analytical, detail oriented, pro-active, dependable and highly attuned problem identification and problem solving skills.
