PROJECT MANAGER- NYC

  NO H1B VISA, NO 3RD PARTY, NO CORP-CORP, NO SUBS, NO 1099.PROJECT MANAGER- NYC – 6 months plus contract. SCOPE OF SERVICES  This client offers participants the opportunity to accumulate substantial savings that result from earnings increases, and are available to participants upon successful graduation from the program.  The Project Manager will oversee the following program activities: Â·  Using ad hoc and standard system reporting tools, run and analyze monthly escrow listings and postings and investigate any unusual transactions or balances; remediate any data irregularities and report this activity monthly.·  Monitor monthly certification reports and audit corresponding escrow accounts and adjust balances as necessary.·  Serve as the system liaison to the Fiscal Department.·  Audit escrow accounts and the calculations that were the basis for escrow account activity since program enrollment.·  Using various reporting software, prepare and send escrow account statements to participants.·  Conduct monthly data compliance and integrity audits and ensure that the appropriate data transfer of information from one module to another in the software occurred successfully. MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Note: candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered.    At least two years auditing experience or equivalent experience demonstrating analytical skills. College degree or equivalent experience. Excellent analytical skills.  DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE  Strong organizational skills.   Good communication skills, written and oral.  Ability to work independently.  Familiarity with any housing sector program.   Knowledge of housing choice Voucher and programs preferred.
