Partner Manager

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Serve as primary liaison between third party business partners and company. Develop meaningful business relationships with industry leaders to develop integrated solutions to meet customer needs. Manage projects, initiatives and deliverables with cross functional internal teams; including business center, legal, support, customer teams and sales, as well as customers / prospects. Support sales and customer initiatives for driving new business opportunities across all hospitality sales teams. Produce sales, marketing and other documentation for partner solutions, including presentations, brochures and white papers. Provide product and industry expertise and training to cross functional teams with various technical backgrounds such as sales, consulting, support and QA teams. Align products, services and marketing opportunities to meet the needs of partners. Contribute to short and long term product planning. Manage resolution for business issues with partners. Establish and manage key partner performance indicators to ensure business plans and revenue objectives are met. Drive revenue generation from partner activities. Assist with ad-hoc projects, proposals, and reports, as well as other responsibilities as assigned to support the Marketing Team’s needs.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: BA / BS degree in Business or related field required. MBA or Master’s degree preferred. Excellent negotiation and analytical skills regarding technical and financial issues with partners required. Strong presentation and communication skills. Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office products, i.e., Word, Excel, and Power Point, applicant tracking systems, and HRMS applications. Must have solid verbal communication skills.  Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate face to face and over the phone. Must have solid written communication skills, specifically focusing on email communications. Must be client service focused and driven to be responsive and supportive of clients and team members. Must possess proven ability to effectively work within a team environment. Must have demonstrated interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills. Must be self-motivated and have the ability to independently complete work assignments with a high level of accuracy and within established time guidelines.  Ability to travel as required, up to 50%.
