Title: Partner Manager, Caribbean and Central America #64510Location: Miami, FL or Caracas, VERole/Purpose:For the Caribbean and Central America region, manages sales individuals who sell through or support indirect and direct sales channels. Supports channel resellers in order to drive business. Drives Caribbean and Central America channel business and partners. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Motivates and manages a direct and/or indirect sales force within the region. May also be responsible for managing sales support, application engineering, or administrative personnel. Determines proper channel coverage, authorizations, compliance with policies, and reseller and/or distributor recruitment. Acts as a business consultant to help resellers and/or distributors set their strategy. Coordinates with sales teams on reseller quotas, authorization requirements, programs and policies. Maintains relationships with resellers and/or distributors. Responsible for maintaining “health” of the channel. Ensures channel compliance with contract terms. Plans road shows in order to build channel business. Creates marketing events to generate sales leads. Provides authorization for discounts to channel. Ensures consistency with discount programs.
