PeopleSoft Analyst (New Britain, CT)

ACS-HCS Outsourcing Solutions seeks a PeopleSoft Analyst responsible for multiple PeopleSoft modules (Human Resources, Benefits NA Payroll) as well as integration with PeopleSoft financials, Time & Attendance and external vendors.  This position will act as the Information Systems liaison to HR and Payroll to develop/deliver specified requirements and meet customer satisfaction.

 

Required Experience & Education:

 

- 3 + years of cross-functional, Human Capital Management business analyst experience, within a PeopleSoft Healthcare environment.  At least 2 years of this experience must be related to supporting end users and mentoring departmental ‘super-users’.

- Subject matter expertise in setting up PeopleSoft HR/Ben/PR processes and configuration.

- Prior upgrade experience required as well as 2+ years using version 8.x.  Experience with upgrade to version 8.9 is a plus.

- Understanding of HR/Ben/PR best practices to facilitate efficient processing across hospital(s).

- Ability to troubleshoot and support system processes.

- Experience writing functional specifications and creating business process documentation.

- Working knowledge of Kronos time and attendance with PR integration preferred.

- PeopleSoft E-Apps experience a plus.

- Experience with PeopleTools, application designer, query/crystal, SQL analyzer.

- Understanding of the HR/PR regulations in order to assist in EEO reporting, as well as other governmental compliance requirements.

- Experience with systems/external vendor integration.

- Exceptional customer service skills.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

- Must currently live near or willing to relocate to New Britain, CT.
