· Overview
Our current environment supports PeopleSoft HRMS 8.3, PeopleSoft Financials 8.4, and PeopleTools 8.48 running on SQL Server 2000. Our Development environment makes use of SQR, App Engine, PeopleCode, and Crystal Reports.
Both the PeopleSoft HRMS and Financial applications are currently being upgraded to PeopleSoft Version 9.0 running on SQL Server 2005 and PeopleTools 8.49.
The PeopleSoft Systems Support Team is involved in the development and implementation of new PeopleSoft modules and the upgrading, maintenance, and day-to-day operation of existing ones. The positions are in direct support of PeopleSoft systems and modules, specifically HR, Payroll, Time and Labor and Benefits Administration, and General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and Asset Management. Members of the PeopleSoft team serve as functional and technical resources for PeopleSoft development projects, accurately and quickly designing creative solutions to complex business problems while working closely with business owners and users. A proficiency in upgrading, developing, modifying, and supporting existing PeopleSoft menus, pages, components, records, tables, and modifications is critical.

Job Duties include:
· Technical applications systems analysis and programming activities
· Project management work activities
· May be required to work on projects simultaneously.
· Interfacing with functional resources and users to design, code and test solutions for complex business requirements or problems
Qualifications/Requirements:
· The equivalent of a minimum of three years of full-time, increasingly responsible experience in systems analysis and programming. This experience must include a minimum of 1 year in program analysis or systems analysis and design and two years of working in PeopleSoft systems, programming with SQR, SQL Server, PS Query, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, App Designer, Crystal, and nVision, and preferably with experience with PeopleSoft version 8.9 or higher.
· Demonstrated, strong understanding and application of cross-functional project management principles
· Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work on cross-functional project teams
· Strong understanding of structured design, development, and implementation of new computing architectures
· Advanced analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills --- Candidate will be involved with interface and conversion development to include design, coding, testing, and documenting.
