PeopleSoft HR Functional Lead - Talent Acquisition Management TAM/CG

 Position:We are looking for true consulting professionals who will advise our clients on available alternatives and help identify the optimal solution. Candidates will act as the main technical resource from the consulting side and will guide the client through completing all tasks and deliverables. Candidate must be open to travel.  CIBER is a global consulting firm and an Oracle Alliance partner.

 Successful candidates will have the desire and ability to contribute to bringing client projects in on time and within budget scope on a consistent basis. CIBER’s consultants are the creators of our reference able client base.

 Requirements:

 

PeopleSoft functional resource with v8.9 Candidate Gateway and Talent Acquisition Manager. 

 

Functional tasks will include Fit/Gap, System Configuration, Testing, and WorkFlow config (functional) as well as cutover tasks. 

 

The qualified candidate will have hands on expertise with other functions within the HRMS application.

 

Public Sector experience would also be a plus. 


Prior hands on experience with multiple HRMS implementations and a minimum of 5 years working with the PeopleSoft product is required.


This position is with our national practice team and full time travel to our client sites is required.  Our standard work week is 4/10 but can vary based on each projects requirements.
