PeopleSoft Technical Specialist

Provide expert technical support for PeopleSoft as a member of the PeopleSoft technical support team. Assist in the day to day technical support and on-going maintenance such as patches, upgrades, and user requested functionality of the PeopleSoft HRMS 8.9 system running on Oracle utilizing Windows server. Communicate with end-users to resolve issues; determine new requirements and provide problem resolution; provide on-going support for the application to the end-users; provide expertise and programming utilizing PeopleTools, PeopleCode, and SQR; apply PeopleSoft updates and fixes. Requires a BS/BA in Computer Science or a related field; a minimum of 3 years technical PeopleSoft experience; experience with PeopleSoft HRMS 8.9 or 9.0; a minimum of 3 years Oracle and PL/SQL experience; experience developing complex SQL queries against the PeopleSoft HRMS application tables; a minimum of one year technical and functional expertise in the following PeopleSoft modules: Human Resources, Base Benefits, Benefits Billing, Time and Labor, Payroll, Talent Acquisition Management & Candidate Gateway, and Position Management.
