Peoplesoft HR Technical Support Analyst

Job Description: As a Peoplesoft HR Support Analyst, you will be part of a team of support resources providing direct support of the PeopleSoft payroll application. You will receive support requests via helpdesk tickets, email and phone. You will use your technical & functional skills to assist end users with problems, small enhancements or data requests. A portion of your time will be spent as a developer/analyst on larger projects to complete requested enhancements & upgrades. You will be providing weekly status reports on both support and enhancement work you are engaged in. Required Skills/Education/Experience: Overall IT Experience 5+ years. Technical PeopleSoft 3+ years with Peoplesoft technical development experience. (Application Engine/Component interface, SQR, PeopleCode, PeopleTools, Cobol, Oracle Sql), PS Job Scheduler, Bachelor degree, Functional PeopleSoft Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management (8.3 9.0), Good writing skills, Outlook proficient, MS Office.
