Platform Management Analyst (Python, Perl, SQL)

Currently, we are looking for a Platform Management Analyst for a contract to hire position in Baltimore, MD.Platform Management Analyst Job Summary: Currently looking for an Analyst 2 position to develop/maintain our Application Management Platform. Primary responsibilities will include the support of our IT Trading environment in respect to implementing the monitoring requirements within our System/Application Management Suite of tools. Required Skills: • Familiarity with the scripting tools (Python, Perl, VB…) • Familiarity with Oracle/SQL Databases and Web Development • Ability to independently analyze requests, develop functional requirements, and estimate costs and effort. • Ability to design and implement technical solutions within our Management platform. • Ability to communicate clearly both verbal and written Preferred Skills: • Familiarity with ITIL /ITSM framework and best practices • Familiarity with implementing IT Service Management Products • Familiarity with HP’s suite of products (formerly Mercury) including BAC, BPM, Sitescope Job Reference Code: kbpma Company: Modis, Inc.
