PowerBuilder Programmer

This is a 1-3 Month project with potential to go longerPosition Responsibilities: -Work with users to understand application requirements. -Design, build & unit test User System Interface (USI) Components. Design, build and unit test Server Application Components. -Create data models for applications being developed. -Create Physical database objects for the applications being developed. -Perform application integration and acceptance testing. -Document application code according to department standards. -Contribute to the development and enhancement of formal system developement methodologies, best practices and department standards. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: -Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. -2 Years Client Server Application Developement using Sybase PowerBuilder. -2 Years Relational Database preferably Sybase, and/or Oracle and also some SQL Server. -2 Years expereince withdatabase stored procedures, cursors and triggers. -1 year Java expereince, JSP and Servelets. -Knowledge of wireless technologies is a plus -Knowledge of Unix operating systems a plus. -Knowledge of C Language a plus -Knowledge of end user computing(EUC) applications.  **Please email resume to kevin.brooks@modisit.com Company: Modis, Inc.
