Title: Customer Engagement Rep (Pre-Sales Support) Location: Greenwood Village, CO Role/Purpose This position is part of a customer engagement program within the North American Channel Sales Business Development organization. This is a sales operations role that requires strong customer support capabilities. Individual must be highly motivated and very organized. Candidate will work closely with Autodesk Partners, Field Sales team members and customers throughout North America as a part of the sales process. Principle Duties and Responsibilities: The Autodesk Customer Engagement Representative (ACER) maintains regular communication with Autodesk territory representatives and partner managers, as well as reseller partners and end user customers. Engages customers on a daily basis and ensures that only the highest levels of quality and professionalism are communicated. Provides efficient and timely responses to inquiries and coordinates the solutions through the proper channels. Oversees a dynamic, growing database and manages the information in various ways on a day-to-day basis. Compares and reviews registrations within a database. Performs an extensive analysis on data and applies rules to each record. Updates the information and coordinates inputs with team members. Daily contact with end user prospects, customers and resellers using various forms of communication. The successful candidate would need to work within a structured team and maintain high levels accuracy and performance. Willingness/drive to use strong research and analytical skills to improve flow diagrams and complex processes. Competent organizational skills including effectively handing multiple assignments and leading multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously and prioritizing work effectively. Great oral and written communication skills including articulating ideas and information to technical development teams. Familiar with the monitoring and administration of databases in an applicable computing environment.
