As a Presales Engineer, you will:

 

·  Acquire detailed knowledge of the Laserfiche software product suite and a number of industries in order to design and communicate solutions for customer’s business problems

·  Provide technical consulting to the sales force and prospective clients

·  Answer pre-sales and  technical questions via email, conference calls and web presentations

·  Design and present targeted solutions based on explicitly and implicitly stated requirements

·  Develop and implement technical training initiatives regionally and locally

·  Conduct technical Regional Training for our end-users both on-site and at various locations around the U.S.

 

What are the qualifications?

 

·  Bachelor’s degree with an inclination for math, physics, music, and computer science

·  Exceptional presentation, communication, writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills

·  Demonstrated familiarity with Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP

·  Understanding of networking and database concepts is a plus
