Title: Process Engineer - IT/Engineering #64255 Location: San Rafael, CA The Process Engineer identifies and documents existing current state IT and Software Engineering processes, identifying inconsistencies globally and evaluating these processes with respect to meeting strategic objectives that support revenue growth, improved business efficiency and customer loyalty. Responsibilities: In partnership with business units: Develop and maintain business policies which drive our processes. Document current state business processes using Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN). Dissect business problems and suggest solutions (solutions include a combination of process change and technology). Communicate and facilitates discussions with the business owners and makes presentations to drive resolution on proposed features and functionality. Develop a 1 year (detailed) and 3 year (high-level) roadmap of improvements needed in support of revenue growth, improved business efficiency and improved customer loyalty. Use understanding of customer needs and processes to propose strategic enhancements to both processes and technical solutions. Gather and document project requirements, use cases, business and functional requirements. Other: Work with IT Infrastructure teams to ensure good fit to existing Infrastructure technologies, technical services, and to obtain project estimates. Work with IT to map business and functional requirements to standard technical services and technologies as required. May travel to business offices as appropriate and as necessary to gather information on user needs.
