Description:
The web product/project manager works with the web development teams, art directors, contractors, marketing, QA, business partners, and customers to deliver iAct.com products/projects in a timely, organized, and cost-effective way.  The web product manager is responsible to maximize the success metrics related each of the product/projects they manage.


Responsibilities:



· Design, plan, and implement web projects to address iAct’s business goals based on well-researched business case analysis and user case studies.

· Provide sufficiently detailed information architecture and visual wireframe documents for designers and developers.

· Take complete responsibility to oversee projects from beginning to end, determining project scope, duration, costs, operational requirements and risks.

· Provide project analysis and oversee expenditures. Keep projects on-time and within budget.

· Maintain high level of communications with management and others on project progress.

· Identify and resolve resource constraints.  Motivate all team members. 

· Instruct staff and others in project management methodologies.

· Conduct ongoing A/B testing to maximize success metrics.

· Must be self-motivated, able to lead a team, and driven to deliver on commitments.

 

 

Management Skills/Environment:

Should be familiar with a variety of software applications and tools commonly used in project management, internet development, design, communication, and web tracking and analysis. Exceptional interpersonal communication, reporting, and team leadership skills are vital. An active,  personal knowledge of social networking trends and web 2.0 usability issues is also important.
