Product Marketing Manager - Incubation

Product Marketing Manager - Incubation The Product Marketing Manager for Incubation Marketing is responsible for driving the successful execution of global marketing activities for the Incubation Segment, including marketing collaboration with the Cisco alliance team, product launches, campaigns and promotions. He/she will enable alliance partner and Trend Micro regions to meet or exceed their revenue goals by ensuring the timely delivery of content and source materials. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling non-technical content and training materials to market OEM partner solutions leveraging Trend Micro technology as well as content for Trend Micro products. The ideal candidate will be expected to: • Create compelling messaging and content for product launch, marketing campaigns, trainings, and communications that are delivered on time to a global audience. • Work with alliance partner(s) to plan, design and provide content for appropriate collateral materials. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for all outbound marketing activities, including alliance marketing, product marketing, product management, PR, brand management, channel development, web marketing, and technical marketing. • Lead global, cross-functional product/solution launch teams to ensure on-schedule, successful launches. Manage development of critical marketing communications materials, define and coordinate activities, tools and trainings needed to ensure success of launch.. Drive post-launch analysis of key metrics to identify level of success or potential areas for improvement for future launches. • Develop content for demand generation campaigns or programs. Collaborate with regional field marketing to enable planning and execution of appropriate field marketing activities. The ideal candidate must have: • Excellent project management skills and proven ability to lead cross-functional, cross-regional teams to complete objectives on time and within budget. Must be highly self-motivated individual. • Excellent writing, editing, content development, and project management skills.  The ability to create and deliver compelling presentations. • At least 6-8 years experience in product marketing, alliance marketing, marketing program management,  and/or channel marketing. • In-depth alliance/partner marketing experience with, or at, companies such as Cisco, HP, or Microsoft is highly desirable.• Proven success in planning and driving worldwide marketing campaigns, preferably in Enterprise IT hardware or software industry, at companies such as Cisco, HP, Microsoft, or Symantec.• Deep understanding of Enterprise IT mindset, products, and sales channels. • International marketing experience. Foreign language skills highly desired. • Strong dedication to teamwork and to the growth and success of Trend Micro • MBA or Master’s degree preferred, BS required
