We need your help to grow the world’s premiere subscription service for download and online casual games.RealArcade.com seeks an experienced Subscription Product Marketing Manager to help own and grow our North American subscription service – GamePass. The successful candidate will demonstrate ability to increase the subscriber base and maximize revenues per user.Job ResponsibilitiesThe Subscription Product Marketing Manager will work with the Direct of Product Marketing, RealArcade.com and other team members to own all aspects of the RealArcade.com and Gamehouse.com subscription products. Responsibilities include:• Understand and redefine the value proposition for existing subscription products• Analyze data to identify user segments for targeting and research; create and own an ongoing customer research agenda• Develop, own, and enforce branding and positioning for subscription products, including messaging, “look and feel”, and overall user experience• Work with other team members to use direct marketing techniques to launch and grow existing and new subscription products, including: email, on-site merchandising (ads and landing pages), affiliates, and search campaigns• Prioritize and execute “low-hanging fruit” initiatives already identified• Work cross-functionally to ensure successful launch, ongoing service delivery, and reporting with teams including:o Product managemento Technology developmento Customer serviceo Finance and accounting• Develop new subscription products that present a compelling value proposition to additional user segments• Use insights and experiences gained for subscription product development to help drive other business initiativesPRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESEssential Functions: % of Time1.
