Product/Program Manager, Technical Account Management Team Are you looking for a challenging opportunity that will leverage your unique blend of technology and business skills?  Do you want to have a dramatic impact on how successfully tens of thousands of merchants sell at Amazon.com?  Are you passionate about helping your customers succeed and diligent about measuring the success of everything you deliver?  If so, then the Change and Project Management team may have the perfect role for you! We have an immediate need for a creative and driven Technical Product/Program Manager to manage change, impact and communication on platform changes that affect Technical Account Management (TAM) and merchants in Europe. In this role you would act as the interface between TAM Europe and external Amazon teams to ensure that change released to the website platform will have a positive impact to the 3rd party seller experience and that TAM has all the tools, people and processes in place to support it. The successful candidate must possess strong data analysis, communication, organization and project management skills, and must exhibit exceptional follow-through. You must be able to work independently with global teams and take action to achieve goals and objectives, in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Most of all, we are looking for candidates who can perform as a strong advocate for both our customers and 3rd party sellers globally.The ideal candidate will also have a technical background, proven project management experience (3-5 years experience in a global project or program management role) and outstanding cross-functional collaboration skills. Knowledge of the Amazon Selling platform is a definitive plus.
