This is a full-time position and is available immediately. We are located in Cambridge, MA (near the Alewife T stop). The Company offers a competitive salary and a generous benefits package. Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions: Manage overall OEM product strategy and drive technical direction with a focus on identifying and communicating the ongoing market, business and product requirements Conduct competitive benchmarking and analysis to determine strengths, weaknesses and opportunities Work with sales, sales engineering, consulting, and product support to understand customer requirements and new product needs Develop and maintain strong working relationships with product development and engineering to ensure the successful delivery of new product releasesConduct market research and determine new product opportunities and opportunities for product enhancements Be the subject matter expert available to the sales force and channel partners to evangelize the products to customers and the market Manage product business and financial goals, and the ongoing identification, tracking and management of product performance metrics. Evangelize our OEM products to our channel partners and work closely with business development to foster and build new product partnerships and establish new routes to market

Job Experience and Qualifications:

This is a hands-on, product management position that requires taking projects from strategy to implementation. Candidates should possess a strong technical background, excellent business acumen and a proven track record in generating quantifiable business successes, as well as the following qualifications: 4-6 years of software, OEM solutions or technology industry experience in a high tech company Established track record of success working with engineering and technical audiences Demonstrated strong business/strategic thinking Excellent communication and writing skills Previous experience targeting IT service providers, custom solution providers and small business providers is important Passion for gaining customer insights and translating into effective new product initiatives Strong, relentless attention and focus to details with exceptional problem solving, and analytical skills Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments, as well as intra-departmentallyHigh enthusiasm and interest in building world-class businesses and products within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team environment Experience with Agile Project Management methodologies and/or PMP certified Bachelor’s degree required
