Product Support Representative

Primary Responsibilities

95% on phone Trouble shooting for customer application problems and questions.
Provide support and assistance to our customer by phone, PC or Webex
Analyzes problems with software applications to identify problem area(s) and recommend corrective action.
Maintains clear detailed record of case progress.
Recommends solutions to customer application questions.

Level of Proficiency

General knowledge of computer hardware, data communications, PC and network operating systems.
Demonstrated writing, training and presentation skills, ability to work as a team player.
Strong organization and communication skills.


Qualifications

Proficient with Microsoft Office Products.
Insurance Agency experience plus - specifically Commercial Lines or Property & Casualty
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills required.
Accounting background required.
Experience with Windows XP operating systems required. Vista a plus.
Ability to perform remote trouble shooting and problem resolution.
Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal)
Good analytical skills.
Ability to multi-task, work independently, or within a team environment with minimal supervision.
