Position Summary:

 



Communicado is looking for a good communicator to be the primary source of Network Engineering knowledge crucial to the support of Streamline. Streamline is our award-winning platform that enables Managed Service Providers to remotely manage their customer's unified communications (UC) environments. UC is hot; managing UC is challenging. The rapidly growing base of Streamline users in NOCs as well as Communicado’s Technical Support Engineers and Product Development team will depend on your knowledge of real-world network issues and solutions to optimize customers’ experience managing UC with Streamline. You will rapidly apply good judgment to resolve customer issues, ensure customer satisfaction and answer Product Development questions. Your troubleshooting expertise could be captured in Streamline workflows that speed problem resolution (for example, guiding NOC users from a MOS score alert to its underlying cause and appropriate resolution). Hands-on experience with routers, firewalls, and switches in the context of monitoring, performance management and reporting in an enterprise or MSP environment is required.  NOC experience is desirable. IP Telephony knowledge is a plus.
