Product Trainer 2-CBT/IMI

Successful candidate will have experience developing Interactive Multimedia Instruction using tools such as, Flash, DreamWeaver, Camtasia, Solidworks, 3D Max, Adobe, etc.  Experience with developing SCORM compliant distance learning products, and expertise with integration of products within Learning and Content Management systems is desired.  Proficiency with programming using multiple languages Java, C++ on Unix, Linux, and Windows platforms, and familiarity with .Net framework and XML is a plus. Must have the ability to write and/or interpret storyboards.  A thorough understanding of locus of control, interface design, visual cueing, color schema, and design best practices for training products.  Candidate should be able to analyze delivery mechanism (multiple modes) and mitigate issues such as network latency through proper product design.  Ability to incorporate learning theory/principles into products, communicate with content developers, and make recommendations and suggestions to content in a team atmosphere is desired.  Examples of developed products are also desired.
