ITT Intelligence and Information Warfare The Nashua, NH office of ITT - Intelligence and Information Warfare (IIW) has a new opportunity for a Program Manager II with demonstrated expertise in Business Development, Data Acquisition and Storage Systems, preferably SAN based.We are pursuing a high level team member to join our SIGINT and Advanced Programs area. The Program Manager will develop and implement program/project management strategies for large SIGINT ground infrastructure programs, as well as diverse IR&D efforts and projects transitioning research to marketable programs / projects / product lines. This person will direct the management and support activities of complex large and small development programs, research efforts and proposals while adhering to contractual requirements. They will continually generate new business opportunities from existing programs and customers while expanding the customer base and identifying new opportunities therein.Responsibilities include:1. Develop, organize and direct teams of technical leaders, engineers and support personnel consistent with established processes to ensure the successful delivery of engineered products and engineering services. 2. Familiarity with the comprehensive program lifecycle from conception to final ECP and O&M, with particular expertise in mapping government requirements to company capabilities. 3. Work with the internal team and external partners to propose and manage viable development, production and operational program plans, associated budgets and capital for the timely delivery of required engineering products per customer requirements. 4. Direct the program team on development projects from the establishment of requirements through the delivery of the system. May require spontaneous adaptation in response to the needs of very demanding customers.5. Implement strategies and procedures to ensure optimum utilization of resources in delivery of quality work products within schedule and cost objectives.6. Conducts reviews of program performance and provides status information to the customer and management in a timely manner.7. Successfully capture new business in areas that leverage, extend and synergize with current product lines and resources. 8. Serve as the lead customer interface in regard to program status, business and other related matters, managing the satisfaction of the customer to leverage new and repeated business. 9. Intensive knowledge of government processes and regulations and business/contract law.2. A thorough track record of successfully implementing the full government contractor business development, program execution and follow-on funding life cycles is essential. 3. Previous successful experience as a program manager with cost, schedule and follow-on business capture responsibility.4. Experience as a system, software, electrical or similar engineer / engineering lead on complex systems, to include architecture and requirement definition, task leadership and sell-off management.5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are required. 6. The ability to document plans, proposals, TEM's and action plans, research business areas and present to a technical audience are critical. 7. Must be highly self motivated, quick and capable of working at a moderate technical and high management level with minimal supervision.8. Must have experience with Data Acquisition and Storage systems, preferably SAN based.A Bachelor of Science Degree in engineering field such as electrical, systems, or software engineering with a minimum of twelve (12) years relevant experience is required. MBA or equivalent desirable, as is professional certification in program management in a DoD environment. This position will require candidate to obtain a high level security clearance and, therefore, US Citizenship is essential. Existing TS clearance a plus. Travel up to 25% is required. RESPOND HERE!
