We develop custom web solutions including: content management, listing management, lead management, interactive Flash applications, custom websites, and multi-media tours.  Our team’s passion is to continually move forward with web technologies. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: 1.      Analyzes, designs, codes, tests, and debugs. 2.      Develops and maintains source code.3.      Implements new and enhances existing web applications. 4.      Research and develop solutions from emerging technologies.5.      Communicate with customer liaisons, project managers, and other team members.6.      Use Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2005 and Microsoft SQL tools for MS SQL 2000 & 2005.7.      Writes VB.NET or C# (framework 2.0), VBscript, JavaScript, and HTML.8.      Use ASP.NET AJAX.9.      Work with XML.10.  Understand Object-oriented programming concepts.11.  Work with Microsoft’s Active Server Pages.12.  Work with SQL databases objects including: Table, Stored Procedure, and View.13.  Use ADO/ADO.NET and writes SQL statements (MS SQL 2000 & MS SQL 2005). EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in the Computer Sciences or MIS preferred OR minimum 3 years experience in web based programming. Candidates must have a High School Diploma.EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:  Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Fundamental knowledge of programming languages. Web design fundamentals and creative problem solving. Ability to multi-task several complex projects. Detail oriented, organized, and the ability to meet deadlines.
