Project Coordinator Activant Solutions Inc. currently seeks a Scheduling Coordinator to work with the Consulting Department in Yardley, PA.  Opportunity for an experienced, organized office manager with the desire/ability to grow with the leading technology provider to the distribution market.  Responsible for the daily activities of the Application Consulting Department of the Wholesale Distribution Division of Activant reporting to the Manager of Application Consulting. Looking for someone very detailed oriented with strong organizational skills to work with various Consulting and Sales teams. Searching for someone with strong decision making skills, who enjoys a fast paced environment and able to multi task. Must possess strong PC skills including MS Excel and Outlook; Crystal Reports or Access a plus. Responsibilities, and tasks include: · Receive requests from other departments, assign and schedule the consulting engagements to a team of 30+ consultants · Make decisions as to the best assignment based on consultant’s skill set or logistics as to where the consultant is traveling to/from · Enter engagements into a scheduling application · Work closely with Sales Reps, staying aware of all engagements on the schedule · Confirm all engagements with the customers · Work closely with travel department and approve consultant travel ·Work closely with consultants and track reports after the consulting engagement· Field customer calls and filter issues to management team  · Bachelors degree· 2+ years office experience, preferably in the software or consulting industry·Excellent verbal/written communication skills and PC skills required Click here to APPLY NOW.
