Our focus is on small to medium sized companies in the Chicagoland area.

 

Our expertise includes PBX systems, Key Telephone Systems, Call Centers, Voice Processing, Unified Messaging, Computer Telephony Integration (CTI), Voice over IP (VoIP) LAN / WAN support, WiFi, VPN, Firewalls and more.

 

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator with the ability to learn quickly and work independently.

 

Your primary duties and responsibilities can include:Coordinate installation of telephone systems.Work with providers to insure dial tone installationTrain on new telephone system installations.Provide service to existing Toshiba Telephone System users.Help with all aspects of pre and post installation

Candidate RequirementsMinimum of one-year work experience, telecom experience a plus.Above average customer service & communications skills.Proficiency with PC based applications such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel.Valid drivers license with reliable transportation and  responsible driving recordExcellent communication skills at the executive level in a business-to-business environment.Attention-to-detail and task-ownership necessary.
