Project Manager - Applications Development

Logica is a major international provider of IT and business services, with over 40,000 employees in 41 countries.  The company provides services in business consulting, systems integration, application development, IT and business process outsourcing across diverse markets including: telecommunications and media, financial services, energy and utilities, industry, distribution and transportation and the public sector.

 

Logica has an immediate need for an experienced Project Manager with extensive large scale global project management experience for international organizations.  Candidates must demonstrate a successful track record of designing, planning and delivering full lifecycle applications projects. 

 

Requirements: Bachelors DegreeMinimum 5 years Project Management experience, 10+ preferredExperience managing offshore and onshore development activitiesProven track record in the development, testing, integration and deployment of enterprise wide applicationsStrong planning skills, able to prepare task oriented and milestone driven plans, tracking these plans in MS Project and able to lead teams to adhere to a rigorous project schedule Experience managing projects involving Web applications, Supply Chain and B2B PortalsManage and support integration testing, UAT, and implementation cutover testing PMP certification a plus
