Position Purpose

Project Managers are responsible for the overall relationship management of assigned client accounts ensuring that Harmony is able to deliver quality projects and services on time and within budget through effective management of Harmony resources.

 

Responsibilities:Managing the overall relationship and expectations of assigned clients General oversight of the complete project development life cycle for assigned projects. This includes compliance with all project related contracts and SOW Participates in the budgeting and project authorization process Authorization of work completed for the client Oversight and coordination of all overlapping project timelines and deliverables for assigned client projects Assuring compliance with Harmony’s standard project management methodologies Selection & Management of assigned project resources on an ongoing basis Providing on-going feedback regarding performance of all project team members Interfaces with other services departments, as well as sales, accounting, and product development as necessary Timely submission of project information to Harmony’s PSA system Training and mentoring of new services employees



Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in managing complex software implementations Superior project and customer management skills Ability to understand complex business and implementation processes Undergrad or Graduate degree in related field Technically savvy. Ability to understand complex technical environments Someone who can become a ‘super-user’ of Harmony’s products Excellent written and verbal communication skills Expert in MS office software especially Project Manager Willingness to travel 70%
