Project Manager - Full SDLC / Microsoft Deployment Experience Required - Fortune 125 Company

Modis, one of the world's largest and most respected providers of Information Technology Resource Management (ITRM) services and solutions, is currently seeking a Project Manager with enterprise level deployment experience and extensive Microsoft product knowledge.  This is a 9 month - 1 year contract opportunity working for our client, a Fortune 125 company, located in downtown Baltimore.  The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end management (full SDLC) of the following enterprise-level projects:-MS Office 2007, including: testing, pilot, upgrade and deployment -Exchange 2007 (currently running Server 2003 64-bit), including: testing, pilot, upgrade and deployment -Planning phase for enterprise deployment of Vista -Minor product upgrades Additional Responsibilities include:• Requirements definition, planning, scheduling, budgeting/forecasting, risk management, monitoring, controlling, and implementation.• Planning project activities and allocating resources to consistently meet project deadlines.• Suggesting process improvements at all levels of the organization without direct authority over resources.• Supervising and motivating team members who may consist of cross-functional professionals and staff.• Presenting project updates to all levels of the project management team.  Requirements:• At least 3-5 years of related Microsoft product enterprise deployment experience. • At least 3-5 years of related experience in a large, corporate environment, specifically within a Project Management and/or technology related field. Interested applicants please send a Word document of your resume to erin.mcdonald@modisit.com .  Job Reference Code: em-pmdeploy Company: Modis, Inc.
