Manage multiple projects for SPAWAR 05 related to the Navy's TENCAP program in support of CNO N6. Provide monthly status reports, action tracking, and performance metrics. Analyzes estimates of service, material, equipment, and production costs. Reviews performance requirements ensuring contracts and performance are in accordance with legal requirements and customer specifications.Must be familiar with DOD Acquisition process. Possess working knowledge of the JCIDS requirements generation process including Rapid Technology Transition (RTT), Rapid Development and Deployment (RDD) and other high technolgy acquisition strategies and programs. Self starter, able to operate independently and keep the csutomer informed of progress made. Liaison with ONR, NRL SPAWAR and Non DoD Laboratories anticipated.
