The Project Manager will posses excellent analytical, problem-solving, customer relations, organizational, and communication skills, along with the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment. This resource will be working closely with stakeholders and collaborating with software developers, testers, and support staff as a member of our Extreme Programming (XP) team to release high-quality, secure, and scalable software that provides an optimal customer experience.

Requirements:5 years experience in the coordination or management of software development projectsExperience with XP/Agile development methodologiesHighly developed organizational and communication skillsExperience with Internet, Web 2.0, and E-Commerce technology projectsSound understanding of fundamentals of Web programming and technologies including: C#, .NET 1.1 and 2.0, Java, VB.NET, C++, COM, DCOM, Web Services, XML, SQL Server, MSMQ, ASPXPMP certification a plusCMM or CMMI experience a plus
