Project Manager with Business Analysis experience

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with business analysis experience to join our team. This position will be responsible for utilizing standard client documentation tools to document functional and technical system requirements based on interviews, meetings, and reference documentation as well as managing and controlling projects and coordinating the project tasks with team members. This position will be responsible for communicating regular status to appropriate client and AAJ Technologies project sponsors. 

REQUIRED SKILLS:Must be able to manage and control the delivery of projects with an internal team and outside vendors. Must be able to gather and document client/project scope and requirements. Prior project experience or actual work experience in Human Resources Management required. Experience as an HR manager a plus.Experience with payroll processing a plus.Prior experience in generating Use Cases and Process/Data Models.Prior experience with QA and User Acceptance Testing. Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and project management practices. Proficient with MS Office products including MS Project.Excellent communication and organization skills are a must. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.  Minimum of 4 years project management and business analysis experience with a professional services or internal IT organization required.PMP certification is highly desirable
