Assist customers with system and network administration tasks relating to support of Tyler’s Police applications. This person will need to have a high level knowledge of infrastructure support and be able to work with client IT staff to facilitate product deployment and issue resolution. Technical Support Specialists are client facing so they must have a positive attitude and work with a sense of urgency.

 

 Resolve customer issues or questions related to server, network and CAD/RMS software Provide support for implementation and project managers during deployment and implementation phases Primary areas of support include: Windows System Administration CAD/RMS release and patch upgrades Database AdministrationMobility computing installations

 

 BS/BA in related field or equivalent technical experience Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills Working knowledge Windows server configurations Knowledge and experience with SQL Server 2000 and 2005 Familiarity of COM+ and MSDTC Ability to troubleshoot PC configurations and connectivity issuesThe successful candidate must be able to pass an FBI background check
