DESCRIPTION

Conduct software testing to find and document critical errors and failures in the software product.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Test product for bugs / errors, identifying and properly documenting failures

· Help develop standard test procedures, plans, and scripts

· Assist in the development of product installation procedures

· Maintain testing schedule

· Arrange for the use of automated testing tools

· Provide assistance to customer support and delivery personnel with installation

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Functional user of Microsoft Access, SQL Server, Excel, Internet Explorer and Word

· Expert in Quality Assurance techniques of requirements gathering, test plan and test creation/excecution

· Functional user of Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio and running SQL queries

· Good communication skills and personal interaction skills

 

DESIRED SKILLS

· Certified Quality Analyst

· Functional user of automated testing script record / playback tools

 

 

Travel: 10%, to customer sites in Western Hemisphere for Beta Testing and training
