Position Responsibilities Participate in all aspects of software quality assurance for TASC internal applications. Test case development and scripts defects analysis. Identify and document defects, questionable functions, errors, omissions and inconsistencies in software. Assist in providing user acceptance, system and regression testing. Develop test suites with automation tools as needed. Implement software product quality processes. Create test documentation. Provide training for QA team members on expert  knowledge areas.

The qualified candidate for this position will have:Previous experience in manual and/or automated software testing. Demonstrated experience in related software development life cycle. Ability to communicate and interact with people at all organizational levels, and consult with others to resolve problems. Ability to work through complex problems and analyze causes. Creative thinking skills and the ability to provide input on testing strategies. Ability to take initiative as problems arise and be service oriented. Multi-tasking skills. Solid computer skills (Windows, MS Suite)

Hours for this position:  Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm  (No weekends required)
