Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

Description:

Duties:

* Perform Independent Verification and Validation

* Document Surveillance, inspection, and monitoring results in IV&V reports

* Ensures that quality processes are developed and performs data collection,

  entry, and statistical analysis

* Assists the QA manager with maintaining records of performance

Skills/Qualifications:

Experience:

 

Required:

·Master's Degree or 8+ of QA/QC experience working with supporting software applications 

· In-depth experience of QA methodologies (Six Sigma/ISO/CMMI)

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with  implementation project manager and clients 

·  Strong analytical, problem solving abilities and troublshooting skills

·  Strong experience in applications support

· Strong self-starter with high initiative

· Strong experience with building analytical metrics

 

Preferred:

· Knowledgeable of OMB Circular No. A-76

· Knowledgeable of Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan implementation strategies

 

Salary/Benefits:

Base salary dependent on the level of experience
