Job Title:        Quality Development Engineer

 Job Responsibilities:Run automated and manual tests for Caché and Ensemble functionality including but not limited to database engine, language bindings (code generators and runtime components that provide external access to Caché objects), and EAI features. Run performance and integration tests. Gather, analyze, and communicate test results.Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks. Automate analysis of some test results.Automate some current manual tests.Maintain and enhance functionality of warehouse that stores test results. Improve reporting. Use results to optimize: planning, assessment of quality risk, development of test matrices.

 Job Qualifications:Minimum 5 years experience in software development and software quality assurance, with at least 2 years experience in test automation.Minimum 1 year programming experience in one or more of the following: C, C++, C#, Java, Visual Basic.Minimum 2 years experience in scripting with one or more of the following: Ant, Perl, Python, VBScript, JavaScript.Experience with test automation for system manipulation, such as starting/stopping services.Microsoft Windows, Unix.Experience with open source utilities. SQL a plus.
