REPORTING ANALYST

We are looking for a passionate, energetic full-time Reporting Analyst to join our team and help lead this initiative. The ideal candidate for this position would have experience building reports in an HCM and/or Financials system, be familiar with at least one query based report writing tool, be detail oriented, self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented and able to successfully interact with customers and workday implementation teams. You should be ready to be challenged and have fun!

Responsibilities/Experience/Skills/Education:Advanced knowledge of a reporting tool such as Cognos, Business Objects, or Crystal Reports, and/or Visual Basic and Excel. 2 to 3 years implementation experience in HRIS or Financial Systems or strong knowledge building reports in  these business functions. Expertise in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Self-starter, able to work with other teams, autonomously, and servicing to deliver results at the tactical and strategic level. Ability to work in diverse, fast paced environment collaborating with several teams. Strong analytical skills. Strong written and oral communication skills. A 4-year degree, preferably in Computer Sciences or Information Technology or equivalent, related work experience. Manage customers' expectations and experience in a way that results in the highest customer satisfaction as it relates to report writing. Provide feedback to Workday teams in the areas of process and report writing improvements in order to streamline the reporting process. Provide business process reporting guidance and direction to other reporting analysts. Analyze user requirements and work with customer technical resources to determine enhancements to Workday Reporting Tools. Assist in the development and maintenance of work plans and test plans as they relate to reporting. Translate customer financial and HR business requirements into reporting specifications. Assist customers in all aspects of writing custom reports for customers implementing Workday. Develop and maintain expertise in Workday report writing.
