RFP Response Specialist

POSITION: RFP Response SpecialistSUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES

This is a technical writing position with a focus on sales and marketing. The RFP Response Specialist will write, edit, and review RFP (Request for Proposal) responses.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Collect and distill information from individuals responding to specifications as applicable and incorporate into documents.

Verify documents are accurate and grammatically correct as well as consistent in content and formatting; attention to detail is imperative.

Refine and manage repository of answers to typical RFP requirements and questions.

Other duties may be assigned including special projects utilizing product knowledge.


QUALIFICATIONS

Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Ability to quickly assimilate new information regarding specific product and technical topics.

Ability to write accurately about a topic or concept immediately after introduction.

Ability to interact with a variety of people in all areas of the organization.

Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
