Radiology Project Manager

The Product Development Group is looking for an experienced individual capable and motivated to perform the duties of a Project Manager for the project management of eScription's software product releases in the Healthcare Radiology market. This will include the continued rollout of our currently released versions, development of an early adopter program for future releases, and development/planning/execution/rollout of future releases in general.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Manages the master project schedule
• Coordinates activities, deliveries, tracks status, and resolves issues amongst various functional groups
• Acts as the liaison between eScription and its customers
• Works with teams to select, schedule, and prep early adopter sites
• Coordinates initial product rollouts with internal teams and external customers
• Assures project documentation is completed and reviewed in a timely and quality manner
• Coordinates unified builds and releases
• Manages and reports on the project dashboard including status, issues, and scope/schedule changes
• Coordinates early adopter activities, schedules, prep work, and feedback
• Schedules, plans, and conducts internal certification test sessions
• Compiles overall results of the certification test sessions


Required Technical Skills/Experience:
• Experience of medium- to large-scope project management experience
• Experience in the Healthcare Radiology market, including direct interaction with Radiologists and Radiology IT personnel for multiple modalities
• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or related field
• Excellent analytical, organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
• Experience in Product Development Lifecycle processes and procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Experience in leading and conducting issues meetings, workshops, document reviews, and user feedback meetings
• Experience in managing alpha/pilot/beta projects with live customers
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

 

Preferred Skills/Experience:
• Certification from a recognized PM body/organization
• Experience with more than one RIS/PACS software vendor's applications
