The Human Resources Team is currently seeking a Recruiting Intern. The Intern’s primary function will be to execute all aspects of coordinating candidate interviews and visits with Ariba and maintaining all candidate correspondence. This will be a full-time, paid summer internship in our Pittsburgh, PA office.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Schedules candidate interviews, including travel arrangements and on-site logistics.
• Schedules all other recruiting meetings as needed, include debrief and pre-interview meetings.
• Updates job descriptions. Posts to the Ariba Career Site and other external Job Sites.
• Administers and collects completed Candidate Employment Application and EEO voluntary self-identification form.
• Creates interview packets for both team members and candidates.
• Hosts candidate visits by acting as escort for in-office interview day.
• Problem-solves dynamic scheduling changes and conflicts.
• Follows-up with candidates and team members as appropriate.
• Directs unsolicited candidates to apply online.
• Coordinates and tracks candidate expense reimbursement.
• Manages candidate correspondence including the creation of acknowledgement e-mail, Turn Down letters, and specialized communication as necessary.
• Maintains primary Vurv responsibilities such as candidate ownership until offer stage, creation of job requisitions, maintenance of daily candidate flow, and reporting.
• Sorts and distributed faxes
• All other duties as assigned

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional problem solving aptitude
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize daily activities
• Ability to function in a team environment

Basic Minimum Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, Human Resources or Business Related preferred.
