Regional Learning Consultant - LTAM

Works with leadership to identify needs, develop integrated curricula, and design and manage targeted learning solutions. Develops and delivers measurable performance improvement programs through focused learning & development solutions as well as classroom delivery and facilitation. Manages and facilitates new-hire training curriculum design and program delivery. Assist in transitioning new hires from the classroom to the field/floor. Take the lead in providing the necessary sales tools for new hires to be successful.   PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Build close relationships with principle business and functional stakeholders Conduct performance gap analysis Define learning objectives to support business performance improvement Develop comprehensive performance based training programs Coordinate instructional designers and other development and delivery resources as necessary Create metrics and manage performance impact measurement process for learning solutions Coordinate and manage learning solution delivery Cross-functional collaboration with other business & regional HR and Learning resources Delivery of training materials, lab exercises, discussions for McAfee security products & solutions, and selling skills Configuration  & preparation of classroom environment Assessment of student participation, performance, and classroom behavior Work alongside sales management on coaching and mentoring new hires Provide feedback and assistance to sales reps as needed Provide feedback to managers on new hires  strengths and weaknesses Work with management and functional leadership to assist in new business sales processes. This includes: prospecting techniques (digging deeper and wider), gathering of competitive information, developing relationships with channel and channel reps, and creating other tools and resources as needed. Assist in the continuing development and improvement of the sales career track.
