You will be responsible for:

·  Being the Liaison between client and internal resources

·  Analyzing and monitoring client’s performance on a regular basis:  chargeback ratio, decline ratio, authentication results

·  Training clients on reporting tools and interpretation of data

·  Troubleshooting any issues experienced by client

·  Advising clients on best business practices to ensure optimal processing performance and in compliance with Associations rules

·  Working with clients to create transaction rules and filters

 

You bring to the table your:

·  Prior experience in the bankcard industry or in risk management services.

·  Previous sales or account management experience

·  Solid business acumen

·  Results oriented, highly self-motivated, and quick learner personality

·  Strong customer service and verbal communication skills

·  Proficiency in MS OFFICE (Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)

·  Expectation to be challenged

·  High degree of independence and exceptional work ethic
