Relationship Manager, Web Services, very cool media discovery start-up

matchmine is developing a personalized media discovery platform with a  very cool consumer-facing front-end.  Our product will get to know what you like, and then find the video, music, news, film and other content you'd love to find yourself, if only you had the time. It’s like having a best friend whose full time gig is to send you great stuff.

Clients are at the heart of our business, and our fast-growing Client Services team is seeking a highly talented individual with the proven ability to:

·  Be the voice of the Client within the organization

·  Tirelessly advocate for each Client’s needs

·  Work effectively within a cross-functional team framework to deliver results

·  Drive large scale technical projects, and

·  Ensure successful implementation and on-going delivery of client programs. 

The Relationship Manager will be the primary point of contact for the client and have direct responsibility for client satisfaction, program implementation, and program metrics.

Requirements:

§  Bachelors degree and 3+ years of account management including building new, productive relationships with customers

§  Exceptional in-person and telephone communications skills 

§  Keen ability to analyze account performance, recognize trends, and identify key levers for improving campaign performance

§  Project management skills with detail-orientation, organization, and ability to quickly prioritize while managing multiple projects

§  Strong business acumen to quickly assess key issues and identify the right resources in the company to resolve them

§  Availability for limited travel
