Position:  Renewal Specialist

 

Responsibilities:

· Manage a pipeline of renewal opportunities through the entire renewal life cycle

· Deliver results against a renewal quota which includes client and revenue retention metrics

· Assist with renewal forecasting and account planning

· Document and track all renewal activities in company CRM system

· Thoroughly understand current and potential customers’ needs and objectives in order to successfully determine the appropriate solution

· Work closely with sales to maintain consistency in customer communications and pricing

 

Requirements:

· 2 to 4 years sales experience with concentration on customer retention

· Good working understanding of a sales renewal life cycle

· Confidence and ability to interface professionally with a wide spectrum of customers including C-level executives

· Ability to clearly articulate knowledge of Kintera products and services

· Strong business ethics and high integrity
