Modis, one of the world's largest and most respected providers of Information Technology Resource Management (ITRM) services and solutions, is currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst, to work for our client in Annapolis, MD.  This is a long-term, on-going contract opportunity.The Business Systems Analyst will work within the Project Management Office, supporting the development of web-based information systems.  Primary responsibilities include:   *Business modeling, defining business rules, developing concept of operations, system requirements, use cases and activity scenarios for public and registered user access to court related information via the internet. *Acting as a liaison between development team, analysts and testers *Leading Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions *Leading test effort for major deployments *Providing Project Management support, i.e. estimating, project plans schedules *Presenting business and technology recommendations to high level executives and the Technical Oversight Board *Mentoring analysts in the use of Requirements Management and Use Case Tools *Developing Security Access and System Administration Use Cases and Requirements Specifications *Developing process and procedures for ticket tracking system  *Training employees on use of system *Developing and maintaining reports using SQLInterested applicants please send a Word version of your resume to erin.mcdonald@modisit.com .
