Our client a fast growing Systems Integrator is looking for a Sr. Technical Lead engineer to join their team.

I need a Ruby on Rails Technical Lead who has experience managing a team of engineers and who can do the hands on coding and architecture/design work.  They need to be familiar and comfortable with handling all aspects of a project; technical, architecture, testing, deployment, etc.  This job will be 50% leadership, and 50% hands on.  You will be interacting heavily with the client so you must have prior experience with customer facing; a background in a professional services organization would be ideal.  You could be managing multiple projects concurrently.  The architecture that is being used is Flex for the RIA front end, Ruby on Rails for the server side piece and MySQL for the database.  I need you to have experience working with both technologies;  Ruby on Rails is the more important of the two.
