SAP BPC (Outlooksoft) Project Manager

This individual will have full project management responsibilities.  They will operate in conjunction with a client's project manager, but will have full responsibility for the project deliverables.  They will work with Aster Group and our client on overall coordination of resources, development of project plan and success of the project. 


Qualifications:
BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent level of education and experienceExperience directly or indirectly with one or more of the following business processes: budgeting, forecasting, consolidations, operational reporting and scorecarding.5+ years of Project Management and financial application implementation experience.Excellent oral and written skills which allow for the ability to translate between information technology and business solutions.Ability to engage various levels of stakeholders in the customer's organization and communicate the necessary level of knowledge of the solutions being built.Ability to manage risks an escalate issues to appropriate parties.Demonstrated leadership roles over teams or projects that span across an organization's departments.
Demonstrated history of attributes consistent with the Aster Group culture: can-do attitude, customer-focused, flexible, proactive, quality-conscious, responsive, team-oriented.


 

Required Skills:Ability to travel independently throughout the country to meet with employees, customers, and partners.  Travel up to 75% but relocation is not required.Ability to excel in a team environment and consistently deliver on assigned application development tasks.  Ability to work under stress, with interruptions, as well as with conflicting needs and tight deadlines.Ability to problem solve and answer questions.Ability to work with general instructions on assignments.

 

Compensation and Benefits:Compensation is commensurate with experience ranging from $100,000 to $140,000 Excellent Health and Dental Insurance is provided at minimal pre-tax cost to employee SIMPLE IRA Retirement Plan - Aster Group contributes a percentage regardless of whether the employee contributes or not.  Employees may also contribute.
