Ø  5 – 7 years experience in the design and configuration of the Benefits Administration modules and leading the teams that deliver SAP 2004 or higher preferredØ  3 – 5 years experience implementing ESS/MSSØ  2 – 4 years experience with integration to BWØ  4 – 6 years experience with the use of standard integration as well as the design and implementation of custom integration pointsØ  2 – 4 years experience with the design and implementation of user exitsØ  2 – 4 years experience with the design and implementation of mass change processesØ  2 - 6 years experience with the design and implementation of interfacesØ  1 - 5 years experience with the design and implementation of custom reports both out of SAP and the BW solution of SAPØ  2 - 3 years experience with Mercury Quality CenterØ  A minimum of 2 – 3 full SAP lifecycle implementationsØ  1 – 2 global implementations preferredØ  3 – 5 years experience in using ASAP Methodology for delivery Ø  2 – 3 full lifecycle implementations exhibiting the following skills:  a.  Creation of custom relationshipsb.  Creation of custom evaluation pathsc.  Organizational Managementd.  Personnel Administration, Learning and Recruiting Integratione.  Creation of custom objectsf.
